La familia de un niño que es objeto de una investigación por asesinato publicó una foto desgarradora de él.

Daniel James Hodgson Green, de dos años, fue encontrado en una propiedad en Guisborough, Yorkshire del Norte, la semana pasada después de un supuesto incidente.

Una mujer de 39 años fue acusada de asesinato y debe comparecer hoy ante el Tribunal de Magistrados de Teesside.

La policía de Cleveland fue llamada a la propiedad por preocupaciones de seguridad poco después de las 10 a. m. del miércoles.

El niño Daniel Green y una mujer que también encontraron en la casa fueron trasladados de urgencia al hospital, pero Daniel murió a causa de sus heridas.

El oficial superior de investigación, el detective inspector jefe Matthew Hollingsworth, dijo: “Los oficiales están apoyando a la familia del niño y piden privacidad mientras están en duelo”.

“Mis pensamientos, y los pensamientos de todos los que trabajan en esta investigación de asesinato, permanecen con la familia”.
