Receta: Chimichurri en 5 minutos

¡Una receta perfecta para el fin de semana!

Utiliza esta salsa en todos los platillos en los que quieras dar un toque de sabor. Puedes untarlo en un burrito, en tacos, sobre una carne asada, sobre verduras asadas queda delicioso, en un revuelto de tofu, ¡en cualquier lugar y en todas partes que te guste! Es rico, fácil y rápido de preparar, aunque les comparto un secreto: aunque se prepara rápido, sabe mucho mejor cuando lo dejas macerar un par de horas. Incluso puedes dejarlo refrigerado en la heladera por unas semanas.

Ingredientes

1 taza de cilantro fresco (1 puñado grande)

1 taza de perejil fresco (1 puñado grande)

¼ de taza de cebolla roja (aproximadamente ¼ de cebolla), picada*.

¼ de taza de aceite de oliva (sustituya el aquafaba por uno sin aceite)

2 dientes de ajo, picados*

2 cucharadas de zumo de lima (1 lima)

¼ de cucharadita de sal

¼ de cucharadita de copos de pimienta roja (opcional)

Instrucciones

Añade todos los ingredientes a una batidora pequeña, un procesador de alimentos o utiliza una batidora de inmersión. Bate todo junto, parando para raspar los lados cuando sea necesario. Yo prefiero una salsa con mucha textura visible, pero si usted prefiere una salsa más suave, siéntase libre de licuar hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.

Notas

*Si no quieres picar la cebolla y el ajo a mano, añádelos primero a la batidora y pulsa un par de veces hasta que estén picados. A continuación, añada el resto de los ingredientes.
