Tucker conecta jonrón, Astros remontan y vencen a Rangers

Kyle Tucker extendió la mejor racha de su carrera conectando de hit a 13 juegos con un jonrón que significó la ventaja en la octava entrada, y los Astros de Houston, líderes del Oeste de la Americana, remontaron para vencer 4-3 el martes a los Rangers de Texas.

El relevista de los Rangers John King (1-3) retiró sólo a uno de los cinco bateadores que enfrentó. Fue con un roletazo del cubano Yordan Álvarez antes de que Tucker conectará su 12mo jonrón de la campaña, para dos carreras, lo que puso fin a una explosión de cuatro carreras.

El venezolano José Altuve y Michael Brantley abrieron la octava con sencillos consecutivos. Alex Bregman conectó posteriormente un roletazo al campocorto Corey Seager, que lanzó al plato. Los Rangers atraparon a Altuve entre tercera y el home, pero anotó la primera carrera de la entrada cuando el tercera base novato Ezequiel Durán dejó caer la bola que lanzó el catcher Sam Huff.

Bryan Abreu (4-0), el primero de tres relevistas de los Astros, lanzó una séptima sin recibir anotación. Ryan Pressly trabajó la novena para su 12mo salvamento en 14 oportunidades.

Por los Astros, el venezolano Altuve de 5-1 con una anotada. Los cubanos Álvarez de 1-0 con una remolcada, Yuli Gurriel de 4-1 y Aledmys Díaz de 4-0.

Por los Rangers, el cubano Adolis García de 4-1 con una anotada. El dominicano Durán de 4-1 con una anotada, su compatriota Leody Taveras de 3-0.
