El líder del conservador partido oficialista en Polonia rechazó el domingo lo que lo calificó de las actitudes occidentales sobre los derechos de las personas LGBTQ.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, líder del partido Ley y Justicia, mencionó una situación hipotética en que una persona llamada Wladyslaw, tradicionalmente un nombre varón, viene al trabajo y pide que le digan Zosia, un numbre de mujer.

“Según lo que nos recomiendan todos en Occidente, habría que hacerle caso”, declaró Kaczynski en una concentración en Grudziadz en el norte de Polonia.

“No es nuestra intención meternos en el dormitorio de nadie, pero al mismo tiempo queremos mantener normalidad”, añadió.

En años recientes, el Ley y Justicia ha empleado la retórica anti-LGBTQ en campañas electorales. Kaczynski se prepara para liderar al partido en elecciones el año que viene.

Sus comentarios del domingo fueron similares a los que ofreció el día anterior en otro evento, de que es hora de volver “a ciertas normas de decencia” y a “un lenguaje normal”.

El sábado el principal evento de orgullo gay en Ucrania tuvo lugar al mismo tiempo que el de Varsovia, donde participaron decenas de miles de personas.
