Cal Raleigh pegó tres hits, Kevin Padlo sumó un sencillo de dos carreras con las bases llenas en el sexto y los Marineros de Seattle superaron un espectacular jonrón de Shohei Ohtani para remontar e imponerse 5-3 a los Angelinos de Los Ángeles.

Julio Rodriguez conectó un bambinazo por segunda noche seguida para los Marineros, que han ganado cinco seguidos, su mejor racha de la temporada.

Ohtani pegó un vuelacercas de 462 pies en un lanzamiento de 96,8 millas por hora de Logan Gilbert (8-3) en el tercero para igualar la pizarra a 1. Según Statcast, la velocidad de salida de 118 millas por hora lo convirtió en el más fuerte de los cinco años de Ohtani en las mayores.

Gilbert se alzó con la victoria, mientras que Erik Swanson firmó su primer salvamento del curso. Archie Bradley (0-1) cargó con la derrota.

Kurt Suzuki también tuvo un jonrón solitario en el cuarto para los Angelinos.
