Jesús Luzardo toleró una carrera y dos hits en seis entradas, y los Marlins de Miami enhebraron su séptimo triunfo, al imponerse el sábado 3-1 sobre los Marineros de Seattle.

Brian Anderson conectó un par de imparables por Miami, que no hilaba siete victorias desde el periodo comprendido entre el 24 y el 30 de abril de 2016.

Luzardo (2-1) ponchó a cinco adversarios y caminó a uno. El peruano-venezolano cumplió su salida más larga de la temporada.

El abridor de Seattle, Robbie Ray, navegó tranquilo durante los primeros cuatro episodios, antes de meterse en problemas durante un inning en el que debió efectuar 36 pitcheos.

El último ganador del Cy Young en la Liga Americana aceptó sencillos productores del dominicano Bryan de la Cruz y de Jon Berti. Dio luego tres boletos, incluido uno a Garrett Cooper con las bases repletas.

Ray (1-2) fue relevado después de cinco actos. Permitió tres carreras y cuatro hits, en una faena que incluyó ocho ponches y cuatro bases por bolas.
