Eric Haase bateó tres inatrapables, incluido uno de los tres vuelacercas de los Tigres de Detroit, que rompieron una racha de seis derrotas el sábado, al doblegar 14-7 a los Rangers de Texas.

Los Tigres habían anotado sólo dos carreras en sus últimos cuatro encuentros, pero establecieron su mejor cifra de la temporada en anotaciones durante el juego sabatino.

El puertorriqueño Javy Báez y Robbie Grossman aportaron los otros cuadrangulares, y el prospecto Riley Greene anotó un par de veces al debutar dentro de las mayores.

Rony García (1-2) se llevó la victoria. El dominicano aceptó cuatro carreras y el mismo número de hits en seis innings.

El abridor Taylor Hearn (4-5) admitió ocho carreras y 10 inatrapables en tres innings y dos tercios.

El cubano Adolis García puso a los Rangers en ventaja por 1-0 con un jonrón en la primera entrada, entes de que los Tigres anotaran tres veces en la parte baja.
