El dominicano Framber Valdez trabajó siete entradas con control, Kyle Tucker encabezó la ofensiva con un jonrón de tres carreras y los Astros de Houston se impusieron el martes 7-3 a los Guardianes de Cleveland.

Valdez (4-2) permitió siete imparables y tres carreras en siete entradas para conseguir su tercera victoria consecutiva y permitir la recuperación de los Astros, que perdieron 6-1 en el primer partido de la serie.

El dominicano José Ramírez dio a Cleveland una ventaja tempranera con un jonrón solitario en la entrada inicial, su segundo vuelacercas en encuentros consecutivos.
